Presented by the Rix Centre for Leadership at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, this workshop is designed for mid-level managers and emerging leaders looking to better understand how to identify opportunities for AI adoption and move from idea to implementation.
In this workshop, participants will explore the end-to-end process of building an AI-enabled solution, including identifying the right problem to solve, mapping existing processes, aligning tools with available data and selecting the right AI platform and user interface.
