Lee is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. In 1997, she and her husband Patrick founded Vista D’oro Farms & Winery, followed by The Preservatory in 2002—a line of award-winning artisanal preserves now sold worldwide.
Lee is a graduate of the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver and the author of The Preservatory (Random House, 2017). In 2020, she launched the Plenty & Grace Food Hub & Innovation Centre, a 5,000-square-foot CFIA SFC facility supporting food producers and entrepreneurs in the Fraser Valley. She is also an active member and current President of Les Dames d’Escoffier, British Columbia Chapter.
