Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Karishma brings a deep appreciation for the role small businesses play in building strong, connected communities. As the Program Coordinator for Export Navigator’s CUSMA Compliance Advisory Services Initiative (CCASI) program, she draws on a diverse professional background spanning corporate retail, non-profits, and city government.
Karishma’s well-rounded experience gives her a unique perspective on community and economic development. With a strong foundation in client-facing roles, she is known for her approachable nature and her ability to support clients at every stage of their journey.
Outside of work, Karishma enjoys cheering on Bay Area sports teams specifically the San Francisco 49ers, exploring hiking trails, and discovering new local breweries with her husband and their beloved dog.
